Everything revolves around restoring order in one’s natural breathing. This can become disrupted for a variety of reasons, so it is important for the coach to know and understand these causes. Clients are therefore expected to be open and honest about what is going on in their lives. Because the coach has personally experienced these things, the client receives immediate recognition and validation of symptoms he or she may have suffered from for years. This very quickly creates a bond that can prove helpful even after treatment.
