Early diagnosis, good prognosis
There are almost 200 physical and psychological symptoms that can each be individually attributed to improper breathing. If we look within ourselves, we can come up with most of them – maybe based on our own experience. They occur in mild or severe forms, depending on how well we feel. These can vary from sighing repeatedly or yawning to dizziness, chest pain, headaches, and pain in the neck or shoulders (which is not necessarily a sign of RSI). We are distracted and listless, have difficulty thinking clearly or concentrating, sleep poorly, become forgetful, and so on and so on; the list is very long.
If someone suffers from 5 or more of these symptoms on a regular basis, it can be easily traced to improper breathing. And the solution is close at hand! The earlier these symptoms are recognised and acknowledged, the sooner we can issue a responsible diagnosis. More importantly, this can help speed up recovery.
