Improper breathing can lead to all sorts of symptoms
There are almost 200 physical and psychological symptoms that can each be individually attributed to improper breathing. If we look within ourselves, we can think of most of them – maybe based on our own experience. They occur in mild or severe forms and can vary from sighing or yawning repeatedly to dizziness, chest pain, headaches, and pain in the neck or shoulders (which is not necessarily a sign of RSI). We are distracted and listless, have difficulty thinking clearly or concentrating, sleep poorly, become forgetful and so on and so on. The list is very long. It is easy to see how problematic this could be in your personal and professional life.
