The training programme
After the intake is completed, we will discuss the training programme with you. This consists primarily of breathing exercises that you learn and practice during the meetings with your coach. The training sessions with the coach are held once a week for one hour. You are then given assignments and exercises to perform at home.
It is very important that you follow your coach’s instructions to the letter. The speed of recovery differs from person to person. One person might notice improvement from the very beginning, while another might not see anything for six sessions or so.
But almost everyone eventually notices an improvement in the situation by the time the training ends. Of course, the training exercises to be performed at home also require a fair amount of time. The more you are able to stick with doing these, the greater your chance of a fast recovery will be.
Finally, it is important to pay attention not just to how you breathe, but also how many breaths you take per minute and also how much air you inhale and exhale. If any one of these three items is lacking, the disorders could be developing again.
